Construction of gas cylinder container:
- Container floor: steel U-profiles 100×100 mm (wall thickness 2 mm) additional forklift pockets
- Side walls: steel angles (wall thickness 2 mm), mesh 50×50 mm, diameter 3 mm, bolted to the container floor and roof with M10 screws, in the case of the version without a floor, fastened to the ground with dowelsi
- Rear wall: steel angles (wall thickness 2 mm), mesh 50×50 mm, fi 3 mm, bolted to the side walls, M10 screws
- Doors: double or single leaf, steel angles (wall thickness 2 mm), mesh 50×50 mm, fi 3 mm, with mounted handle and bolt, lockable. Turned hinges
- Mono-pitch roof: steel U-profiles, T-35 trapezoidal sheet metal, 0.7 mm thick, connected to the walls with M10 screws

Safe container construction
In the version with a floor, the structure is made of 100x100x2 mm C-sections, the fork pockets are 100x80x2 mm C-sections. The structure has galvanized trusses made of 30×2 mm flat bars.
Mesh containers for gas cylinders have solid walls made of 2 mm thick sheet metal angles, a 3 mm mesh is attached to the angles, with a mesh cross-section of 50×50 mm. The roof of the container is a C-section structure, and the cylinders are protected against the effects of weather conditions by 0.7 mm thick T-35 trapezoidal sheet metal. The roof of the container is single-pitched, and gutters made of 1 mm thick sheet metal are responsible for draining water from the roof. Cylinder containers are equipped with double-leaf (optionally single-leaf) doors made of 2 mm thick angle bars and 50×50 mm mesh. There is a bolt on the right wing, while the left one is equipped with a lock, insert and handle. The cylinder storage is locked with a key as standard.

The gas cylinder boxes we offer are delivered by trusted shipping companies. These are foldable gas cylinder containers, designed for self-assembly – they are sent in a package, which helps reduce shipping costs. Manual unloading of the container requires 2 people or a forklift.
Each cylinder container is supplied with the following components:
- floor (in the case of the version with floor),
- two side walls,
- roof,
- rear wall,
- double or single-leaf doors depending on the version ordered
Cylinder containers are very easy to assemble, the entire structure is screwed together using m10 screws. In the case of the version with a floor, we screw all the walls to the floor of the container (there are rivet nuts in it), in the version without a floor, we attach the walls using dowels directly to the leveled base.
