Construction of the storage container:

• Container floor: galvanized steel profiles 60×40 mm, profiles 100×50 mm (wall thickness 2 mm). Between the profiles there are spill trays made of 2 mm thick galvanized sheet metal. A hot-dip galvanized grid above the spillage tub – height 30 mm
• Side walls: T-35 aluzinc trapezoidal sheet (0.75 mm), galvanized profiles 60×40 mm (wall thickness 2 mm) bolted to the container floor and the roof with angles (3 mm sheet) using M10 screws
• Back wall: T-35 trapezoidal sheet
• Doors: double-leaf, T-35 trapezoidal sheet metal, with an installed handle and bolt, locked with a key. Turned hinges
• Roof: T-35 aluzinc sheet with anti-condensation felt, 60x40mm galvanized profiles (wall thickness 2 mm), connected with angles (3 mm sheet) with wall profiles using M10 screws

Customized storage containers with a grid on request – the most important technical data

The base of the storage container is a floor made of a galvanized grid mounted on galvanized profiles 100×50 mm, the grids are removable, after dismantling the grids we gain access to the spillage tub. The container floor consists of 4 grids with dimensions of 1000×1000 mm (2 m container) and 1500×1000 mm (3 m container). The trusses are made of load-bearing flat bars with a cross-section of 30×2 mm. Mesh dimensions: 34×38 mm.

The storage container is equipped with spillage tanks for liquids. The set includes two bathtubs, the capacity of one bathtub is: 185 liters (2 m container), 280 liters (3 m container). The bathtubs are made of 2 mm thick galvanized sheet metal

Storage containers also have very strong walls and a roof – they are made of 0.75 mm thick aluzinc trapezoidal sheet T-35, which is riveted to the profiles. A high-class storage container is characterized by a stable structure, which results primarily from the appropriately selected sheet profile and its thickness. The rear wall of the container also plays an important role here, also made of high-quality T-35 trapezoidal sheet metal, 0.75 mm thick. Storage containers are equipped with a double-leaf sheet metal door, mounted on a frame made of galvanized sheet. There is a bolt on the right wing, while the left wing is equipped with a leg, lock and handle. The storage container is normally locked with a key. The gutters of the container are made of 0.75 mm thick aluzinc sheet, and its corners are made of 3 mm thick, protected against corrosion and painted.

Anti-condensation felt

Our containers are equipped with anti-condensation felt located on the inside of the roof. It prevents condensation inside the container, thanks to which it protects the items stored inside

Durability of aluzinc sheet

Thanks to the use of aluzinc sheet, our storage containers retain their original color for many years, the aluzinc sheet reflects a significant part of the radiation, thanks to which the containers do not heat up to such an extent as when using galvanized sheet.

The custom-made storage containers we offer are shipped by trusted shipping companies. These are collapsible storage containers, intended for self-assembly – they are shipped in the transport position. 2-4 people are needed to unload the container manually, an alternative is a forklift.

Each storage container is delivered with each element:

• floor,
• two walls,
• roof,
• back wall,

Folding storage containers are relatively easy to assemble. Using M10 bolts, screw the roof and floor profiles to the wall profiles. Detailed assembly instructions can be found on our website under the “Container assembly” tab.
